$200 Security Deposit (additional SD may be required if conditionally approved). It is refundable if the applicant is denied or cancels the application within 72 hours.

The security deposit is required at the time of application. All other fees are due at the time of move-in.

Rent is due on the 1st and is payable through the 5th. It can be paid to the office via check or money order. We also accept online rent payments.

Security Deposits are paid at the time of move-in and hold the unit during the application process.
